Crystal Doorknobs - Jewelry for the home

I go back and forth between thinking these doorknobs are too over-the-top fancy to thinking they are just the right touch of sparkle that our home needs. After flipping through countless design sites (how come they never photograph the functional components of a home such as knobs and vents?) I think these antique inspired knobs can work with the modern glamour look I have in mind for our decor.
We will need four sets for bedroom doors, 1 for the master bath, 1 for the bathroom in the hall plus sets for the two closets (one in the entry way and one off the family room.) I am thinking Polished Nickel for the bedrooms/hallway and 1 brass for the coat closet.
